Crews Get a New Look in the Field
You may see four different uniform styles in two colors on our field workers. Modeling the new uniforms are, from left: Justin Bartholomew, Kendall Hays, Joe Cooksey, Chris Cash, James Mackey, Ethan Murphy, David Nay and Matt Walker. (Photo by Alex Boyd.)
Ozarks Electric and OzarksGo crews will look a little different if you see them out working. The light blue button-ups worn since the mid-2000s are being replaced with navy and khaki uniforms.
Uniforms include the Ozarks Electric or OzarksGo logo and the employee's name. Employees also carry identification, and members can ask to see an Ozarks badge if there's ever any question.
The updated uniforms are lighter and give employees more flexibility while still providing the specialized protection required for working around live power lines and electrical equipment.
