A New Chapter for Ozarks Electric

Ozarks is taking an important step forward in shaping the future of reliable and affordable power for our members.

The cooperative recently announced Ozarks Electric and Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation (AECC) have reached agreements that will establish a new structure for our long-standing relationship. Under the structure, Ozarks Electric will transition from being a member-owner of AECC to becoming a long-term wholesale power customer.

We will continue to share more in the future.
